Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

There are specific goods that cannot be returned. This includes perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To finalize your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books showing clear signs of use.
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned after more than 14 days post-delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email confirming the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t seen a refund yet, please recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it might take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank as there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@mydecoplant.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Regrettably, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at contact@mydecoplant.com and send your item to: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY, 82801, United States.

Gifts

If an item was labeled as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t labeled as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed about your return.

Shipping

To return a product, mail it to: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY, 82801, United States.

You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
